	Lisa Panetta, Customer Service Representative Staff Member Since: September 2009 The 'newest' staff member at QBS is here to manage customer and sales staff requests. She travelled extensively as a military 'brat' then lived in Alaska for a number of years before finally coming home to Montana in 1993. Lisa has two grown children and enjoys camping in the mountains.

	Beth Paseka, Account Representative Staff Member Since: March 2006 Beth came to Q Business Source in March of 2006 as an Account Representative for the Eastern Montana and Billings territories. In her short time at QBS she has demonstrated successful revenue growth and a high-level of customer relationship building. Beth is a native Montanan who grew up in Lewistown and graduated from Fergus High. She eventually moved to Billings where she has enjoyed more than 15 years of successful sales and marketing development. Beth has a unique ability to find creative solutions that ensure that her clients needs and goals are exceeded.

	Cathy Hammer M.A.S, Director of Marketing Staff Member Since: December 1991 Cathy was the team member assigned the task of "Starting Promotional Products" for QBS almost 10 years ago. Cathy hails from Texas and definitely has "ya'll" in her vocabulary especially when she comes back from a visit home.

	Edward Hammer, Owner & President Owner Since December 1991 Ed is a 4th generation, small business owner. He grew up in Sheridan, Wyoming, with family roots criss-crossing Montana and Wyoming. He graduated from M.I.T. and earned his MBA at Harvard Business School. After experience in marketing and management with small, medium, and Fortune 500 companies, he acquired QBS in 1991. Ed’s commitment to client service and total client satisfaction has guided the company’s growth and development. He is active as a community volunteer leader.

	Mary Keeley, Account Representative Staff Member Since: March 1999 Mary's energy and enthusiasm helped QBS launch our promotional products business. Mary seems to find more hours in a day to keep up with her 3 children, 2 dogs, and a husband who is a pilot. She does not stop there. Mary is passionate about school and her volunteer hours are focused at both the high school and elementary level. If Mary is not in the office you can bet she is at one her kid's schools. Oh, she is also a West High Cheerleader MOM.

	RiChelle LaChepelle, Manager of Information Systems & Technology Staff Member Since: October 1997 The "computer geek" of the office with over a dozen years experience with QBS in the forms division. A southern born child with split loyalties to the north, she prefers the cold and snow of the north. She traveled and lived from north to south, east to west but finally made her home in the big sky country of Montana in 1992. She has creative hobbies some of which don't even involve computers.

	Summer Robertson C.A.S, Senior Account Executive Staff Member Since: August 2002 Summer joined QBS over four years ago assigned to assist in the promotional products growth of our company. Summer moved from Spokane, Washington to be closer to her cousins and family in Billings. Summer is the Go-To person when there is a promotional products' question. She also manages our company stores and shares in website management along with vendor relations and of course, promotional product sales. If you want a Trivial Pursuit partner, Summer is the one.

	Thomas Beam, Account Representative Staff Member Since: January 2002 Great Falls clients get special attention with Thomas. He's on hand to help with any needs our Great Falls clients might need. Thomas has been with QBS for 4 plus years, ever since QBS acquired Pacific Advertising Specialties. Thomas served in the Service stationed in Great Falls and liked it so much he stayed. 	Treva Kenik-Hartford, Account Representative Staff Member Since: March 2007 Treva has a solid background in outside sales. She is a Montana native, having grown up in Great Falls and graduated from CMR High School. She also attended Eastern Montana College (now MSU-B), and has resided in Billings for over ten years.

	Serena, Distribution Center Coordinator Staff Member Since: August 2007 The oldest of 3 girls. Born in Nevada, lived in Iowa and Nebraska, but Montana is where I call home. I joined QBS in Aug. of 2007. In my off time I enjoy video games and Paintball. In 2005, was certified as a referee for the NPPL (National Paintball Players League) and attended the Denver Event as well as all of the feeder circuit events in the area. I handle the shipping & receiving of freight, warehouse inventory, and local deliveries at QBS.

	Vince Grewe, Operations Manager Staff Member Since: July 1999 Vince has 9 years experience in both Sales and Operations. Vince hails from Glasgow and enjoys pretty much any outdoor activity. A Hard-Core Runner, he is also Vice-President of the Yellowstone Rim Runners.

	Win Seitz, Account Supervisor Staff Member Since: April 1999 Win was born and raised in Billings and was a graduate from West High School. His 30 year reunion took place this summer!!!!!! He attended Linfield College in McMinnville Oregon and graduated from Eastern Montana College (MSUB). Win's wife is a teacher at Lewis & Clark Middle School and his 2 sons are attending the University of Montana. He has over 10 years of experience at QBS and is a " Go To Guy" for forms and promo products.

	Kevin Cremer, Account Executive Staff Member Since: January 2008 Kevin joined the QBS team in January of 2008 as an Account Executive for the Western Montana and smaller niche territories. He was born and raised in Billings, MT and is a graduate of Montana State University-Billings with a major in Business Marketing. In his off time he is busy spending his time with his wife Kim, his st. bernard Josie, and his pomeranian Boo. Kevin loves to attend Griz football games in Missoula and loves boating with friends.

	J.J. Barney, New Technology Support Staff Member Since: July 2008 J.J. is currently finishing up his Business Management & Marketing degrees through Montana State University-Billings. He was born in Coeur d'Alene Idaho and has lived in Montana since 1990. In his spare time he enjoys spending time in the outdoors fishing, skiing, golfing, and camping.
